CAIDG organised a roundtable discussion on “AI and Trust - The Future of Dispute Resolution and Industry” on 4th April 2019. There was a fascinating conversation about the pertinent issues arising from the growing use of Online Dispute Resolution systems and AI prediction tools. We are grateful for the perspectives provided by stakeholders from a wide range of disciplines, including the judiciary, the legal profession, AI engineers, social science experts and academia.
