International Conference on Trade Secret Protection-Asia at a Crossroads

Synopsis

ARCIALA co-organized the conference with German Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Center for Law, Technology and Ethics, College of Law, National Taiwan University, Taiwan Intellectual Property Law Association (TIPLA). About 75 online and offline participants from Asia, Australia, and Europe took part. This conference will lead to a book to be co-edited by Prof. Kung-Chung Liu and Prof. Reto Hilty, which will be published by Kluwer in 2021.
